RE: Holiday Club 2007
I wanted to personally thank you for making Luciano and Giuseppe's time at Kidzone so enjoyable this summer.
This is the first time the boys have been to Kidzone. As a working mother I have been through my fair share of "so called" childcare facilities over the years and Kidzone is 110% above and beyond these. The boys have been kept busy with all of the activities you offer and have both expressed to me that they have thoroughly enjoyed their time with you and have already been asking about when they can come back!
This in itself speaks volumes to me as my youngest son, due to experiences of other facilities is somewhat nervous of new environments and clubs. However, he has spoken to me constantly about how much he has enjoyed himself and the new friends and experiences he has had thanks to you and your staff. This has only gone to give him new found confidence.
As a club you have, in my opinion hit a niche in the market in that you offer a morning activity and an off site activity (such as sailing, cinema, laser force) which deters the children from becoming bored and to be honest has resulted in my collecting two very tired children (which is a bonus in my book when returning from a full day at work).
Underpinning this is your staff, all of which are to be commended on their approachable, professional and friendly manner, not only to my children but also to myself. It is like one big family and this is the way it should be. I find myself questioning why you are a minority?
I have today uploaded your details to my company intranet (British Sugar) to ensure that other working parents (and their children) do not miss out on this little gem of a club.
Keep up the good work and I will certainly be recommending you to my friends and colleagues.

Just to say a big thankyou to all the team at Kidzone for looking afterRachel and Emma over many years. I think Kidzone does such a great job of providing so many different activities and a great environment for children. I always knew my children were well looked after and cared for at Kidzone and I never had to worry about them while they were there. I can honestly say I would not have managed without Kidzone and want to thank you for all your support and kindness.
